The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

- To provide you with notifications about specific events/activities
- To provide you with OSSA Communication’s services (getting strategy recommendations, content creation, and media plans)
- To serve your ads on social networks and other digital publishers
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Social networks and digital advertising publishers in order to serve/publish your ads on those platforms
We use the information that you have given us in order to run our business and offer digital advertising services including record keeping, content creation, strategy recommendation, ad serving, performance reporting, performance optimization, machine learning, and research.
We may share this information with any legal organisations as required, any 3rd parties publishing your data, and any third parties required to provide you with the required services (please note that all parties working directly with us and receiving data will be under strict NDAs).

Your information is securely stored.
We keep all the information provided for an unlimited period for our records or for machine learning purposes. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting digital files and destroying physical ones.
